Similar samples of Arabic (with uniform bending) and Turkish (with bending, since the second third of the length) of swords modern arrieved considered the most successful of the Eastern swords. At the end of XVIII century in Russia there was the fashion for Oriental weapons, giving rise to a large number of imitations of Oriental style.
